AREA15 was born from a collaboration between Winston Fisher and Beneville Studios, born out of a desire to reinvent the traditional retail model. As co-founders, the 90-acre parcel was transformed into a vibrant ecosystem where monumental art and cutting-edge technology live side-by-side. That same spirit of innovation drove the expansion on District 2. This 20-acre expansion scales the original vision, introducing a new generation of nightlife and immersive entertainment to the campus. It is a cohesive environment built on the power of storytelling, ensuring that the AREA15 district remains at the heart of Las Vegas’s cultural evolution.
